 Offers intensive outpatient(IOP), partial hospitalization(PHP), and Adult and Adolescent chemical dependency program. Affiliated with West Oaks Hospital. For ages 13 and up. Will do a free assessment, but I would advise contacting before you go in. The program determines the days and hours.
